Ground Zero Museum Workshop, et al. v. William Wilson (Civil Action No. DKC 09-3288)
The case of Ground Zero Museum Workshop, et al. v. William Wilson is currently pending before Judge Chasanow in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (Greenbelt). Working with defense counsel Sterling G. Mead, we assisted in successfully defending Mr. Wilson, who voluntarily offered numerous web-related services to the plaintiffs prior to being sued. Judge Chasanow granted summary judgment in favor of Mr. Wilson on all but one claim (which was later dismissed) in her 60 page Memorandum Opinion issued August 24, 2011. Mr. Wilson was further granted a default on his counterclaims against the plaintiffs.
